KIN has a number of facilitators who work closely with the membership: Douglas Archibald
More than 7 years experience consulting with blue-chip organisations on organisational change, learning and KM. Specific interests include SNA, Network/CoP Development, Organisational Learning and KM in Government. Conducting research on Communities of Practice with Richard McDermott.
Gary Colet
Gary currently facilitates the KIN 'Knowledge Retention and Transition' Special Interest group. Previously, he got the bug to be a knowledge activist when implementing the Knowledge Network at Marks & Spencer plc. He has extensive experience in project and programme management and has had line management roles in HR, finance, direct marketing and IT. He also does KM consulting work with clients in both the private and public sectors.
Erica Hurley
She is interested in the on-going development of KM competencies, job families and developmental models, KM Team Recruitment and Talent Management, Profiling individuals, NLP and advanced communications.
Phil Ridout
The team introduced knowledge sharing tools (Peer Assists, Retrospects, Knowledge Exchanges, After Action reviews), developed training courses (Knowledge Elicitation, Community Leadership, KM Tools and Techniques) and launched a series of Communities of Practice as part of the newly launched Corporate University. Phil has a planning and market analysis background. |
