Date: Thursday 6th March 2008 (with networking dinner 5th March) Venue: Highgate House, Creaton, Northampton
In an eponymous twist, at this workshop we will explore the importance of dynamic networking to achieve success within KM strategies. Exploring how and why we build our own personal networks, and how we use these to develop our own knowledge within and outside our organisations.
With constant demands on our time, it’s tempting to assign a low priority to networking as an activity, but by not paying attention to the potential to utilize these networks we may be negatively affecting our personal and organisational knowledge success. Networking is a skill that can be developed, it takes very little time to get it right and it’s easy to get more proficient at It with practice. This workshop will begin to show you how utilizing our ‘Personal and Social Networks’ can effect a return on investment from intra-organisational and inter-organisational networks worldwide. Bringing together a range of experts, this interractive workshop will be of benefit to anyone in your business who wants to know more about how to maximise the potential of their personal and business networks to achieve individual and organisational success. |
