Gary Colet

Gary currently facilitates the KIN 'Knowledge Retention and Transition' and 'Innovation' Special Interest groups. Previously, he got the bug to be a knowledge activist when implementing the Knowledge Network at Marks & Spencer plc. He has extensive experience in project and programme management and has had line management roles in HR, finance, direct marketing and IT.
He also does organisational learning and innovation consulting work with clients in both the private and public sectors.
Erica Hurley
Erica has over 23 years business experince in public and commerial sectors, including extensive experience with CoPs, Global virtual teams, KM relationships and networks.
She is interested in the on-going development of KM competencies, job families and developmental models, KM Team Recruitment and Talent Management, Profiling individuals, NLP and advanced communications.
Phil Ridout
Phil currently facilitates the KIN 'Enabling Technologies' Special Interest group. Prior to that, he spent two years at the heart of the Mars/Masterfoods Knowledge Management team, which had Global accountability for introduction and implementation of Knowledge Management to improve business performance.
The team introduced knowledge sharing tools (Peer Assists, Retrospects, Knowledge Exchanges, After Action reviews), developed training courses (Knowledge Elicitation, Community Leadership, KM Tools and Techniques) and launched a series of Communities of Practice as part of the newly launched Corporate University.
Phil has a planning and market analysis background.
