The benefits of membership include:

 

  • Quarterly Member Workshops. Recent themes have included, ‘Knowledge Capture Tools and Techniques’, ‘Creating a knowledge sharing culture’, ‘Knowledge Audits- measuring change’ and ‘Organisational Memory & IP’.
    • Includes two free member places at each quarterly Workshop, with further places available at minimal cost
    • Agendas driven by member demand with renowned expert speakers such as Larry Prusak and Steve Denning. 
    • Facilitated discussions and opportunities for practitioner networking

 

  • Unlimited involvement in SIGs with at least 4 face to face SIG events per year along with other virtual events.

 

  • MemberSpace - The online Member-only collaboration space with wikis, good practice, toolkits, news, discussions, member expertise and much more.

 

  • Research - SIG-based research involving both member organisations and selected others led by both Warwick Business School researchers, academics and Associates.

 

  • KIN is part of the Innovation, Knowledge and Organisational Networks (IKON) Research Unit and is based at Warwick Business School which has one of the highest research ratings placing it in the top five in the country. Research topics (such as CoP benchmarking) driven by member interests.

 

  • The KIN Calendar of Events offers a series of Roundtable discussions and Masterclasses. To widen participation and ease of attendance we have increased the number of webinars (web and audio seminars).
