Membership Criteria
KIN welcomes new member organistions who
- Demonstrate a level of expertise in organisational learning or innovation which allows both contribution and benefit to the network
- Can demonstrate senior management sponsorship of organisational learning or innovation activity
- Can involve a number of individuals across the organisation that will be able to participate in SIG activities.
Annual membership fee is £13,500. In order to minimise barriers to participation this includes access to all KIN events, good practice, toolkits, Associates and Facilitators and is available to the entire organisation.
