Gary currently facilitates the KIN 'Knowledge Retention and Transition' and 'Innovation' Special Interest groups. Previously, he got the bug to be a knowledge activist when implementing the Knowledge Network at Marks & Spencer plc. He has extensive experience in project and programme management and has had line management roles in HR, finance, direct marketing and IT.
He also does organisational learning and innovation consulting work with clients in both the private and public sectors.
Erica has over 30 years business experince in public and commerial sectors, including extensive experience with CoPs, Global virtual teams, KM relationships and networks.
She is interested in the on-going development of KM competencies, job families and developmental models, KM Team Recruitment and Talent Management, Profiling individuals, NLP and advanced communications.
Steve facilitates the KIN 'Enabling Technologies' Special Interest group. He has 30+ years experience in business consulting and change management and has developed and implemented KM and IM strategies for a wide range of public, private and third sector organisations. He is an evangelist and practitioner in the use of Social Media applications for supporting personal learning and runs occasional workshops on Content Curation.
